Returns

As a small business, we make items especially for you when you place an order, so we'll love you forever if you can please:

  • Measure yourself or your fav tee before ordering and use our size guide to find the best size
  • Avoid ordering multiple sizes - please measure instead!

Our community is amazing and your support really helps us to keep doing what we love and to keep prices down. We really hope you love your new tees and prints, but you can find info here should you need to make a return.

Returns Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to return any items to us. To get started, please contact us and request a return. You can do this by emailing us at support@dedagain.com.

Once your return has been approved then we'll let you know how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases of damage or defects, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping your return back to us. You will be responsible for the package until we accept receipt, so we would suggest using a service such as recorded delivery with Royal Mail or a tracked service.

Damage and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You can receive assistance by contacting us at support@dedagain.com.

If there is damage or a quality issue then please included a photo of the problem when you email us. If the issue is evident from the photo then this is usually sufficient to offer a solution to you without shipping the item back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please do try to minimise exchanges as much as you can, as we are a small business and all items are made especially to order. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
